Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join Skanda Construction and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and monitor construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress and resolve project-related issues.
Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and site requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
Maintain proper documentation and project reports.
Requirements3+ years of experience in construction project management.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site management.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and teams efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage.
