1.Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
2.Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales records.
3.Track sales orders, follow up on pending quotations, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
4.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt responses and qualified communication.
5.Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and support the team in lead nurturing.
6.Female candidates will be given preference for this position.
7.Candidates proficient in multiple regional languages will be given preference, especially candidates familiar with languages spoken in the Seven Sister States, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.
