Job RoleWe are hiring Service Technicians to attend customer service calls and provide quality service support.
ResponsibilitiesAttend assigned customer service calls.
Diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
Provide quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Generate revenue through service prospects and product-related sales.
Maintain good customer feedback and achieve NPS targets.
Complete assigned daily call targets.
Actual earnings can be higher than the minimum guarantee based on call volume, revenue generated and customer feedback/performance.
Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or relevant technical field preferred.
Experience in home appliance/electronics service preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer service calls.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
