We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
Maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
