Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter / Order Taker to provide excellent dining service and ensure a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system or order pads.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.




Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare and present bills, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately.
Set up and transparent tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area according to food safety standards.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
Follow all restaurant policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
