Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of formal education.
Experience: Minimum 1 years as an Interior Designer.
Project experience: Should have independently led and delivered 5–6 residential interior projects.
Design skills: Conceptual design, layouts, styling, mood boards, modular kitchens/furniture, materials, aesthetics and functionality.
Technical skills: AutoCAD, drawings, material specifications, execution details, civil works and services.
Commercial skills: Preparing BoQs, coordinating with agencies, presenting designs and closing sales.
Client management: Regularly communicate with homeowners, understand requirements, incorporate feedback and maintain a strong customer experience.
Project ownership: Responsible for the project from initial client interaction through design,
execution and completion.
Soft skills: Result-oriented, ethical, cooperative, valuable communicator, willing to learn and capable of driving performance.
What the role really means :- The key point is that this is not purely a design position.
