We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and support sales activities in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with knowledge of B2B sales, insurance, and mutual fund products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle B2B sales and develop new business opportunities.
Promote insurance and mutual fund products to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Provide regular product information and assistance to customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention and sales.
Prepare sales and customer relationship reports.
