- Position Title: Sourcing Associate – US IT Staffing
- Job Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Role Overview

The Sourcing Associate will support the recruitment function by ensuring strong candidate pipelines, clean databases, formatted resumes, and sourcing readiness.

This role focuses on preparation, process discipline, and recruiter enablement, helping recruiters’ close positions faster without compromising delivery standards.

Core Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Understand ongoing and upcoming client recruitment requirements shared by recruiters.
- Proactively identify, source, and shortlist candidate profiles for both billable and non-billable positions.
- Build and maintain ready-to-use talent pipelines for recurring skills and clients.
- Support recruiters in closing positions by providing pre-validated and submission-ready profiles.

Resume Formatting & Profile Readiness

- Format resumes as per US staffing and client standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate details:
- Skills, experience, projects
- Location, availability, visa/work authorization
- Rate expectations and engagement type
- Customize profiles based on recruiter instructions to improve submission success.

Database Hygiene& ATS Management

- Maintain clean, accurate, and updated ATS / internal databases.
- Remove duplicate, inactive, or outdated profiles.
- Tag, categorize, and document candidate information correctly for easy searchability.
- Ensure database readiness to support fast recruiter turnaround time.

Sourcing Strategy Execution

- Execute sourcing strategies using:
- Job portals integrated with ATS
- Internal database and referrals
- LinkedIn sourcing and basic headhunting




- Assist recruiters during peak hiring periods by handling sourcing-heavy tasks.
- Support recruitment drives and hiring campaigns as required.

Process, Compliance & Reporting Support

- Adhere to internal SLAs, NDAs, and client compliance requirements.
- Maintain sourcing documentation and trackers accurately.
- Share regular updates and sourcing reports with recruiters and stakeholders when required.

Preparation & Skill Development

- Participate in regular training (technical / non-technical) to strengthen sourcing capability.
- Learn and adapt to automation and AI-based sourcing tools to improve efficiency.
- Continuously sharpen understanding of US IT skills, job roles, and market demand.

Organizational Contribution

- Support recruiters and teams to maintain high delivery standards.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Growth & Branding Support

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by maintaining quality candidate interactions.
- Support social media updates related to hiring drives, team achievements, and internal events as required.
- Participate in and support CSR and organizational initiatives when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Sourcing/ Recruitment Support
- Strong resume formatting and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong coordination and communication skills
