Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented TruCheck QA & Compliance Analyst to perform quality assurance reviews of candidate documentation and verification records.
The primary responsibility of this role is to independently review candidate information, work authorization and visa documentation, identity documentation, resume/employment details, and other verification evidence to identify inconsistencies, missing information, potential fraud indicators, and compliance risks.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories and a strong investigative mindset. This person should be comfortable challenging inconsistencies, documenting findings clearly, and escalating cases that require additional review.

Key Responsibilities
Perform independent QA reviews of candidate verification and compliance records.
Review US work authorization and visa documentation for completeness, consistency, and validity.
Review identity documents and supporting candidate information for discrepancies or potential risk indicators.
Cross-check information across resumes, employment history, identity information, work authorization documents, employer details, location, and other supporting records.
Identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, suspicious information, and potential fraud indicators.
Determine whether identified issues are documentation gaps, process errors, or potential compliance/fraud risks requiring escalation.
Ensure required verification steps and supporting evidence are completed before providing QA approval.
Document QA findings clearly include the reason for rejection or escalation and the corrective action required.
Work with recruiters, compliance teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve QA findings.
Maintain consistent review standards while handling a high volume of cases.
Follow established TruCheck QA procedures, checklists, and escalation guidelines.




Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive candidate and employment documentation.
Support periodic audits and identify recurring quality or compliance issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of US work authorization is required.
Positive understanding of common US visa and employment authorization categories and related documentation.
Experience reviewing visa, work authorization, immigration, identity, or employment-related documents.
Prior experience in US staffing, staffing compliance, candidate verification, onboarding compliance, background verification, or QA.
Strong ability to identify discrepancies across multiple documents and data points.
Strong fraud-detection and investigative mindset - able to look beyond checklist completion and assess whether the overall candidate information is consistent and credible.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small but important discrepancies.
Ability to independently assess risk and determine when a case requires escalation.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and required corrective actions.
Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume review work while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive candidate information responsibly.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in background check verifications
Experience performing candidate compliance or pre-submission QA reviews.
Familiarity with common US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizen cases.
Familiarity with immigration and employment authorization documents such as I-797, I-94, EAD, visa and passport documentation.
Experience reviewing candidate identity and employment information for potential fraud or misrepresentation.
Understanding of common staffing fraud indicators,



including resume inconsistencies, identity mismatches, questionable employers, proxy candidates/interviews, and inconsistent location or employment information.
Experience working with recruiters and compliance teams to resolve documentation and verification issues.
Experience with audit, risk, background verification, or quality-control processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is naturally skeptical, methodical, and detail oriented. Rather than simply confirming that required documents are present, they evaluate the complete candidate profile and ask:
"Does the candidate's identity, resume, employment history, employer, location, work authorization, and supporting documentation all tell a consistent story?"
They should be comfortable approving a clean case, returning an incomplete case for correction, and escalating a potentially high-risk case when something does not add up.
