Project-cum-Site Head – Integrated Development Location: Abu Road, Rajasthan | Experience: 15–25 Years | Project Horizon: 4–5 Years Salary range: 8-12LPA About the Role We are seeking a high-calibre Project-cum-Site Head to take complete ownership of a landmark 37-acre integrated development near Abu Road, Rajasthan, comprising: Plotted Development | Highway Mall | Resort This is a 4–5 year, site-based leadership mandate requiring an experienced professional to lead the project end-to-end—from planning, design and statutory approvals through construction, stakeholder management and final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring solid developer-side experience, commercial acumen, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate the promoter's vision into a successfully delivered destination. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of project planning, execution and site operations. Lead construction, infrastructure development and overall project execution. Drive statutory approvals, licensing and coordination with government authorities. Manage and coordinate architects, PMC, consultants, contractors, vendors and project partners. Oversee project budgets, costs, quality, timelines and resource planning. Coordinate closely with promoters, shareholders, investors and external stakeholders. Manage coordination with hotel operators, hospitality brands and retail stakeholders. Establish effective project governance, reporting and review mechanisms. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve execution challenges proactively.



Ensure timely delivery of the project in line with approved budgets, quality standards and development objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile 15–25 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, mixed-use developments, townships, infrastructure or large-scale projects. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant Project Management qualification preferred. Strong developer-side/project owner experience with demonstrated end-to-end project execution capability. Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, approvals, contracts, budgeting and project controls. Well-developed relationships with relevant authorities and government stakeholders. Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance cost, quality, timelines and business objectives. Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. The Mandate This is not a conventional Site Head position. We are looking for someone who can function as the “CEO of the Project at Site”—a hands-on leader capable of taking ownership of the promoter's vision, coordinating multiple stakeholders, making critical decisions and transforming a 37-acre development into a landmark destination.
