Learn more about us: Website: -us/ LinkedIn: Position Details Designation: Manager – Corporate Payroll Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat About the Role We are looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Payroll to lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across our corporate and manufacturing workforce. The role requires expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, labor law regulations,



and payroll governance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary disbursement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing payroll for both white-collar and blue-collar employees, contract manpower, and shift-based operations within a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for corporate. Ensure accurate processing of salaries, incentives, overtime, shift allowances, production incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions. Validate attendance inputs including biometric records, leave, shifts, overtime, and holiday data. Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;), gratuity, leave encashment, bonuses, and other employee payouts. Ensure payroll timelines are met with complete accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement, payroll accounting, and reconciliation. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations including: Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance (ESIC) Professional Tax (PT) Income Tax (TDS) Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
