Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise on-site installation works and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct in office quality assurance, including walk-downs of installed and completed turbines and inspection of incoming goods. Provide guidance and support to installation contractors to ensure QA standards are met. Support the Installation Manager in daily site activities and operational decisions. Participate in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) processes as required. Adhere strictly to quality processes and standards. Report safety, schedule, or quality issues via the designated online communication tool for corrective action. Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and in accordance with directives. Maintain complete and accurate Job Site Books. Provide necessary information for E-DSR (Electronic Daily Site Report) as defined by communication guidelines. Responsible for the proper maintenance and use of assigned vehicles. Execute assigned retrofits per the RFR (Request for Retrofit) process. Manage time and resources efficiently to achieve site goals and objectives.
