Responsibilities: Work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions. Communicate technical and functional aspects of solutions and implementations to clients and partners. Deliver technical training to enable and educate SailPoint customers and implementation partners. Build rules for customers and evaluate rules built by customers. Implement solutions for small to medium-sized projects under guidance of a Solution Architect. Gradually operate independently on projects of varying complexity, providing best practices and troubleshooting support.
