Job description

Key responsibilities

- Manage and support Oracle Cloud ERP applications, with a focus on P2P, R2R, C2F and I2C modules.
- Conduct analysis and regression testing for Oracle Cloud ERP Quarterly Updates.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal projects.
- Coordinate between Application Managed Services (AMS) and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to ensure seamless operations.
- Independently manage and handle change requests within the Oracle Cloud ERP system.
- Oversee financial period-end closing processes and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle ERP and other ERP systems like Zuora and NAV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of various ERP systems.

Essential requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Accounts Payable & Payments, Accounts Receivable, RMCS, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and General Ledger modules.




- Proven experience in managing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with handling basic functions of additional ERP systems like Zuora and NAV.
- Additional knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management or Oracle Project Management is a plus.
