What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable plans.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure timely delivery against milestones.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project execution, track progress, and address deviations from planned outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Support continuous improvement by participating in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
What will you need?
Must have skills
- Strong foundation in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate requirements into explicit specifications and documentation.
- Experience in developing and executing project plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 global environment, ensuring flexibility to support business continuity and client needs across time zones.
Good to have skills
- Certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or CSM (Scrum Master).
- Experience with large-scale process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of multi-locale/global delivery models.
- Certification in operations management, Agile, or Six Sigma.
