- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Robust knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Ability to write complex queries and perform data transformations efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating Snowflake with various data ingestion and analytics tools.
- Understanding of security best practices and data governance within cloud environments.
