MGM Healthcare Group is looking for a Group FP&A; Manager to join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the Group.

/n

This is a high-impact role that partners closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support the continued growth of one of India's leading healthcare organizations.

Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

/n

- Own consolidated management reporting, MIS, and executive dashboards

/n

- Drive P&L; performance analysis, variance reporting, and financial storytelling for leadership reviews

/n

- Partner with business and functional leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives

/n

- Develop and enhance FP&A; processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven reporting

/n

- Support business cases, investment decisions, cost optimization, and resource planning across the Group

/n

- Ensure timely, accurate,



and insightful reporting to executive management

/n

/n

We're looking for

/n

- 8–16 years of progressive FP&A; experience

/n

- Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering

/n

- Experience managing Group or Corporate FP&A;, multi-business, or multi-entity reporting

/n

- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in reporting automation

/n

- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms

/n

- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred

/n

- Healthcare or hospital industry experience is preferred; candidates from large corporates, GCCs, manufacturing, or other complex organizations with strong FP&A; expertise are also encouraged to apply
