Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within Service Now CSM environments.
- Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and integration techniques to enhance customer service solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with best practices in solution delivery, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
