Jewellery Sales Executive

Salary Range: 50-70K / month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who can take ownership of customer relationships, drive conversions, and deliver a consistently exceptional luxury retail experience.

Position Overview

The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey from understanding requirements and recommending the right jewellery to handling objections, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to confidently handle premium and high-value customers. Jewellery or luxury retail experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, leads, and referrals while creating a professional and personalised customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets and recommend suitable jewellery accordingly.
- Confidently present and explain jewellery designs, craftsmanship, materials, pricing, and product value to customers.
- Manage the complete sales process,



including follow-ups, handling objections, negotiations, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, generate repeat business and referrals, and consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in Jewellery Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviour.
- Ability to confidently handle high-value customers and sales conversations.
- Strong product presentation and selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally while protecting the brand's value.
- Professional grooming and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales outcomes.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop detailed knowledge of jewellery and the luxury retail industry.
