Position: Business Development Executive – Healthcare Partnerships
Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: ₹3.6 – 6.6 LPA
Location: Kolkata & Nearby Areas

Role Type: Field Business Development

What You’ll Do

- Meet and build relationships with Doctors, Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals & Nursing Homes
- Understand their business and operational challenges
- Demonstrate Easy Healths solutions to healthcare providers
- Onboard current providers onto the Easy Healths network
- Develop and manage an assigned territory
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare partners
- Achieve monthly business development and activation goals

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates with 2–3 years of field sales/business development experience, preferably in:

Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics,



Medical Devices, Health Tech, B2B SaaS, Fin Tech, Telecom

You should be confident in field meetings, relationship building, negotiation and territory development, with good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
