What This Role Is About
At Medi Fyr, we support patients throughout their healthcare journey with clarity, coordination, and empathy.
We are hiring a Telugu-speaking Patient Interaction Intern who can communicate confidently with patients and their families, understand their concerns, and help guide them through the next steps of care.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role that combines communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
- Telugu – Fluent (Read, Write, Speak)
- English – Good working proficiency
- Hindi – Conversational (Optional)
What You’ll Do
- Talk to patients and families via calls and Whats App
- Understand concerns and explain medical processes in simple language
- Collect and coordinate medical reports and documents
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Maintain clear and organized communication records
- Coordinate with internal hospital and operations teams
