What You’ll Be Doing

/n

- Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max – all of it)

/n

- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and beyond

/n

- Own the numbers – daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking

/n

- Analyze data deeply to extract insights and drive smarter decisions

/n

- Build strategies for product launches, scale-ups, and seasonal bursts

/n

- Collaborate with creatives and strategy teams to align messaging and funnel goals

/n

- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes,



and best practices

/n

What We’re Looking For

/n

- Hands-on experience running Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands

/n

- A proven performance mindset – we’re talking ROAS, not impressions

/n

- Expertise in keyword planning, bidding strategies, campaign structure, and segmentation

/n

- Strong analytical skills – if you don’t love Excel and GA4, we’re not the right fit

/n

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

/n

- Transparent communicator who can translate data into action

/n
