*Roles & Responsibilities*

- Design high-quality social media creatives, presentations, brochures, sales kits, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- Create visually compelling designs aligned with Teamone's premium brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Videographer to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency across all branding and communication materials.
- Design creatives for digital platforms, print media, corporate events, and internal communications.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance creativity, productivity, and design efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.

*What We're Looking For*





- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to streamline design workflows.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of podcast production workflows and effective collaboration with videographers and video editors.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
