We are seeking highly motivated Freshers to join our Clinical Research wing. This is a dedicated entry-level role designed for candidates who have a strong theoretical foundation in GCP guidelines and are ready to apply their academic knowledge to real-world Phase I–IV studies.Eligibility (Strictly for Freshers)Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Nursing / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences (Batch of 2024, 2025, or 2026).Certification: Candidates who have completed a Clinical Research Certification/Diploma will be given high priority.Experience: 0 Years (Internship experience in Clinical Research is a plus, but not mandatory).Skills: A solid understanding of ICH-GCP, Schedule Y, and basic Medical Terminology.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Site Support: Assist in site initiation, monitoring,
