This isn't a PMO or status-reporting role — we need someone who understands the business context behind each project, can push back on scope and timelines when they don't make sense, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tracking them.You'll sit at the intersection of two high-visibility functions, working on initiatives that range from strategic planning processes to financial operations projects. Success in this role means projects move forward because you're driving them, not because you're documenting them.WHAT YOU'LL DOProgram manage multiple concurrent projects across Strategy and Finance, each with different stakeholders, timelines, and levels of ambiguityUnderstand the underlying business objective of each project well enough to make judgment calls, not just follow a planIdentify risks, blockers, and dependencies before they become problems, and proactively resolve them rather than escalating by defaultBuild and maintain project structure (timelines, milestones, decision logs) that serves the work, not process for its own sakeRun cross-functional syncs that drive decisions and unblock work,



not just relay updatesPartner directly with senior stakeholders on both teams, translating between Strategy's and Finance's priorities and working stylesBring structure to ambiguous, undefined problems — much of this role is creating the plan, not just executing one handed to you .WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2–3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS organization, ideally in program/project management, business operations, strategy, or a finance-adjacent roleMBA or equivalent strong academic pedigree strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details or the bigger pictureStrong business judgment — able to read a project and understand what actually matters versus what's noiseExcellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating with senior leaders across functionsHigh ownership mentality: drives projects to done, not just to “on track”Sharp written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity into something clear and actionableSelf-directed and highly motivated — comfortable in ambiguity and able to create structure where none existsMust work EST hoursWHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUTPrior experience supporting both a Strategy/BizOps function and a Finance functionExperience at a rapid-moving, high-growth SaaS companyA track record of taking on projects that weren't clearly scoped and shaping them into something executable
