Paper Town is a design studio working across branding, events and gifting , with a strong focus on thoughtful, detail-oriented design across both digital and print.Our work spans brand identities, packaging, stationery, social media, gifting experiences and wedding invitations, with an emphasis on beautiful visual storytelling and strong design execution.About The RoleWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and work across a wide range of creative projects.This is a design-first role for someone with a strong understanding of visual identity, typography, composition, colour and print. You should be conceptually strong, detail-oriented and confident taking a project from initial idea through to final artwork and production.What You'll be DoingBranding & Identity: Develop logos, visual identities, brand assets, stationery, packaging and other brand collateral across print and digital.Social Media & Digital: Design posts, carousels, stories and other digital content, while developing creative concepts and maintaining brand consistency.Weddings & Events: Design invitations, stationery, save-the-dates, menus, signage, monograms, event branding and digital e-invites.Gifting & Packaging: Create concepts and designs for birthday, wedding and corporate gifting, including boxes, tags, cards, sleeves, labels and other personalised elements.Prepare print-ready artwork , understand production requirements and work with printers and vendors when required.Work across multiple projects and adapt to different clients, visual styles and requirements.Required SkillsMust HaveProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CanvaStrong understanding of typography, composition,



colour and visual hierarchyStrong digital and print design skillsAbility to conceptualise and execute projects independentlyStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesUnderstanding of print specifications, production and preparing final artworkGood to HaveKnowledge of Adobe After EffectsBasic motion graphics and animation skillsKnowledge of Premiere ProExperience with wedding stationery, invitations or event designExperience with packaging and print productionThe Kind of Designer We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is design-led, curious, detail-oriented and visually strong .You should have a strong eye for typography, layouts, colour, proportions and detail , and enjoy both conceptualising and executing ideas.Since Paper Town works extensively in print, an appreciation for paper, materials, finishes and physical production is a big plus.The ability to switch between different visual styles, clients and types of projects is key.Experience1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design is preferred.Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent command of the required software will also be considered.Portfolio RequirementA portfolio is mandatory .
