Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options by clearly presenting project specifications, pricing details, and key advantages.
2. Organize and supervise site visits by coordinating schedules and ensuring a smooth, convenient, and pleasant experience for potential buyers.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities to effectively track and manage sales progress.
4. Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested clients, resolve their queries efficiently, and work towards converting prospects into confirmed sales.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations, proper documentation, and timely execution of sales procedures.
6. Deliver high-quality customer service by building solid client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term engagement and trust.
