Join our dynamic team at EZ Decors as a Telecaller with expertise in Social Media Marketing and proficiency in spoken Hindi! You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls and promoting our products and services on various social media platforms. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help us expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch our products/services
2. Engage with customers on social media platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media posts
4. Maintain database of a customer information and update it regularly
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
6. Meet weekly update and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities for growth
