Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth by promoting our pharmaceutical and healthcare product portfolios within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities to expand our client base across the assigned market.

Product Promotion & Sales: Effectively present and sell company products and healthcare services to target clients, maintaining in-depth product knowledge.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales revenue targets through strategic territory planning.

Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential accounts to foster repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Field Visits: Conduct regular market and field visits to gather competitive intelligence, identify emerging trends, and assess client needs.

Reporting & Analytics:



Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports, pipeline forecasts, and market feedback to senior management on a regular basis.

Preference: Strong preference given to candidates with prior sales experience in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Medical, or related industries.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B or direct field sales with target-driven execution.

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.

Excellent understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer base in the assigned territory.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and lead conversion.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are strictly mandatory.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
