Role & responsibilities

You'll be handling multiple brands at Vichitra Co. Which means one minute you might be figuring out how to make a real-estate reel interesting. The next minute you're planning a cafe campaign. And 20 minutes later, someone is asking:

Caption kya rakhein?

You'll be:

Brainstorm reels, carousels, stories and campaign ideas with the team.

Learn how to build monthly content calendars for different kinds of brands.

Write hooks, captions, scripts and copy and get better at it with every project.

⚫ Spot trends, references and engaging things happening online.

Research brands, competitors and what people are actually responding to.

Be part of shoots and see how an idea goes from a rough thought to final content.

Help manage posting, scheduling, comments and DMs.

Sit in on client conversations and slowly learn how to understand feedback, ask the right questions and turn it into better work.

Keep track of content, approvals and deadlines so everything moves smoothly.

Experiment with new formats,



tools and ideas without being afraid of getting it wrong the first time.

Preferred candidate profile

- You spend an unreasonable amount of time on Instagram but can somehow justify it as research.

- You notice when a brand's social media is really good.

- You save ads, reels, campaigns, fonts, references and random screenshots because:

- This could be useful someday.

You can tell the difference between:

a trend

and

a brand desperately trying to look trendy.

You can manage multiple things without needing someone to remind you about every single one. You can communicate properly.

You can take ownership.
