Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Last Mile Officer to coordinate the timely movement of diagnostic samples from collection centres to processing facilities. The role involves coordinating with collection centres, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth sample transportation and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate timely pickup and transportation of diagnostic samples.
- Ensure samples are properly packed, labelled, handled, and transported.
- Coordinate with collection centres, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Track sample pickups and deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor delays or discrepancies and escalate issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure adherence to sample transportation TAT.
- Prepare daily reports related to pickups, deliveries, and operations.




- Support the operations team in resolving last-mile logistics issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare logistics, sample collection, diagnostic labs, or last-mile operations will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: As per experience and company standards
- Location: Coimbatore
- Laptop is mandatory; company does not provide one.
- Accommodation and food are not provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
