Job Summary:

M Care Exports, a leading pharmaceutical export company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in export documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely settlement of transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics and sales departments to manage payment collections and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor foreign exchange transactions and manage currency fluctuations.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors for financial review.
- Maintain records of export transactions and ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
- Prepare cost analysis reports to support pricing decisions.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or export industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

Preferred:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise accounting software.
- Certification in export documentation or related fields.
