Job Brief

We need a site civil engineer to oversee construction work at our building sites. You will turn design blueprints into real structures. You will guide workers, check material quality, and solve on-site problems

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Supervise daily construction tasks, workers, and subcontractors.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and apply structural designs, maps, and technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and completed work to meet industry standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Make sure all safety laws and health rules are followed on-site.
- Progress Tracking: Write daily site reports and track work schedules.
- Problem Solving: Fix technical issues and answer questions from builders quickly.

Requirements and Skills





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction role.
- Technical Skills: Know how to use CAD software and read blueprints.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of building materials, surveying, and local safety rules.
- Soft Skills: Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹70,959.53 - ₹80,707.97 per month
