Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and other internal teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on property projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or a similar sales role.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards + attractive incentives.
