Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Civil Labourers to assist with construction, maintenance, and civil works. The role involves supporting skilled workers, handling materials, preparing work areas, and carrying out general construction duties while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers.
- Load, unload, carry, and arrange construction materials.
- Mix and prepare cement, concrete, mortar, and other construction materials.
- Assist with excavation, digging, leveling, and site preparation.
- Help with brickwork, blockwork, plastering, concreting, and other civil works.
- Clean and prepare construction areas before and after work.
- Assist with shifting and arranging tools, equipment, and materials.
- Support workers during construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely.
- Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or work-related issues to the supervisor.




- Perform other general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Previous construction or civil labour experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious and responsible attitude.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be based on experience and company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
