Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Automobile Insurance Executive for our two-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for issuing new vehicle insurance policies, managing renewals, coordinating claims, maintaining insurance records and achieving monthly insurance targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Process current vehicle insurance policies accurately and on time.
- Contact customers regarding upcoming motor insurance renewals.
- Explain policy coverage, premiums, add-ons, exclusions and claim procedures.
- Compare quotations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate and convert insurance renewal leads.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, customers and internal departments.
- Assist customers with accident claims and required documentation.
- Follow up on pending claims, policy endorsements and claim settlements.
- Verify customer KYC details and vehicle documents.
- Update customer and policy information in the CRM or DMS.
- Maintain daily reports for new policies, renewals, claims and collections.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and insurance-company procedures.
- Achieve monthly policy issuance and renewal targets.
- Provide professional customer service and support.

Candidate Requirements

- PUC, Diploma or any graduate qualification.
- One to three years of experience in motor or automobile insurance is preferred.




- Knowledge of new vehicle insurance, renewals and claim processes.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email and CRM/DMS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented, detail-focused and self-motivated.
- Experience in a two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealership will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
