About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and grow our business in Thermal Imaging Cameras, Firefighting Drones, Industrial Drones and Emergency Response Solutions across Eastern India.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with government departments, industries and institutional customers, conducting product demonstrations and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sales of Thermal Cameras, Thermal Imaging Solutions and specialised Drones in Eastern India.

Identify and approach potential customers across Fire & Emergency Services, Police, Defence, Disaster Management, PSUs, industrial organisations, infrastructure companies, security agencies and other institutional users.

Generate new leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, digital enquiries and direct customer engagement.

Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

Develop relationships with government departments, senior officials, purchase/procurement teams, consultants and industrial decision-makers.

Track Government tenders, GeM opportunities, institutional enquiries and upcoming projects.

Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow up systematically until order closure.

Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for demonstrations, trials, installations and after-sales support.

Maintain a database of prospects, enquiries, demonstrations, quotations and sales opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly,



quarterly and annual sales targets.

Travel extensively across Kolkata and Eastern India as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical/engineering background will be preferred.

2–5 years of experience in B2B, institutional or technical sales.

Experience selling CCTV, surveillance equipment, thermal cameras, drones, firefighting equipment, safety equipment, industrial equipment or other technical products will be an advantage.

Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Comfortable interacting with senior government officials, industrial customers and procurement teams.

Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Should be self-driven, target-oriented and capable of independently developing a territory.

Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
