Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Legal Reasoning Faculty to join our exam coaching institute, specifically for CLAT (UG) and other law entrance exams. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law and a passion for teaching students preparing for competitive law entrance tests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Legal Reasoning as per the latest CLAT UG pattern.
- Design and deliver conceptual classes, practice sessions, and mock test discussions.
- Prepare high-quality study material, handouts, and legal passages for comprehension-based questions.
- Analyze past year papers and help students understand current legal issues and static principles.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Stay updated with legal developments, landmark judgments, amendments, and integrate them into lessons.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty training (if applicable).





Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a reputed university.
- Preferred: Candidates with a CLAT / AILET / UPSC Law optional background or prior teaching experience in CLAT coaching institutes.
- Robust command over legal reasoning topics: Constitution, Torts, Contract, Criminal Law, Legal Maxims, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and basic technology use for hybrid classes.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring young aspirants.
- Ability to explain complex legal principles in simple language.
- Content creation and question-setting abilities.
- Updated with legal current affairs and CLAT/AILET paper trends.
