Job Purpose

The PMT Intern will support the development and commercialization of differentiated dermatology, skincare, and personal-care products by combining scientific research with market understanding.

The role involves converting technical formulation information into clear product concepts, dossiers, presentations, brochures, and client-ready collaterals, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to move projects forward within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct secondary research on emerging consumer, ingredient, formulation, and category trends across dermatology, skincare, haircare, and personal care.
- Identify market gaps, claims, product formats, and innovation opportunities relevant to client briefs and Hitech’s formulation strengths.
- Prepare scientifically accurate: Product dossiers, Concept sheets, Presentations, Brochures, Launch notes, Marketing/technical collaterals.
- Translate R&D; formulation details and active-ingredient science into clear,



marketable benefits, claims, and product stories.
- Develop recent product concepts and ideation proposals considering safety, stability, efficacy, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Formulation & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Business Development teams.
- Support client meetings, sample presentations, technical discussions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized repositories of concepts, claims, ingredient references, competitor benchmarks, presentations, and project documents.
- Track assigned projects, priorities, and timelines and provide accurate status updates.
- Ensure all external-facing material is fact-checked, grammatically correct, visually clear, and technically accurate.
- Independently own selected product categories or client briefs from research → concept development → internal alignment → presentation.
- Recommend improvements to PMT workflows, templates, content repositories, and digital tools.

Key Competencies

- Basic understanding of life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, or related scientific subjects.
- Ability to read and interpret scientific literature, ingredient data, and product information.
- Awareness of skincare, haircare, dermatology, or personal-care categories is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Canva or AI-enabled research/content tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
