About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst - Business Consultant who can analyze business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate complex data into meaningful recommendations, and drive process improvements that enhance business performance. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise, business acumen, and consulting capabilities to help organizations make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities through detailed data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reporting.




- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Conduct business performance analysis and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives through quantitative analysis and impact assessment.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
- Assist in defining reporting standards, metrics, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from business stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Expertise in dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to perform data validation, trend analysis, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience creating executive-level reports, scorecards, and operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of KPI development, business metrics, and performance measurement techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
- Data Analysis and Business Intelligence, including analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, KPIs, and generating actionable business insights.
- Business Processes and Domain Understanding, including stakeholder engagement, process improvement, requirements analysis, and business problem-solving.
- Data Modeling and Reporting, including data structures, data quality management, reporting frameworks, dashboard design, and performance measurement methodologies.




- Consulting and Strategic Decision-Making, including root cause analysis, impact assessments, opportunity identification, and business recommendations based on data insights.
- Data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
- Statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation methodologies.
- Database concepts, relational databases, and query optimization.
- Agile methodologies and collaborative project execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights within defined timelines.
