About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge / Floor In-Charge with strong hands-on experience in modular interior production and furniture manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day factory floor operations, manpower, production targets, workflow and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities across the factory floor.
- Execute production according to the project-wise production plan.
- Allocate manpower according to production priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor daily production targets and project progress.
- Supervise operators, carpenters, helpers and other production staff.
- Ensure smooth workflow across different production stages.
- Coordinate with Beam Saw, CNC, Edge Banding, drilling and other production sections.
- Ensure panels and components are manufactured according to approved drawings and cut lists.
- Monitor production quality and minimize errors, wastage and rework.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Track project-wise pending production.




- Coordinate with QC for production issues and rectification.
- Ensure completed production is handed over to packing on time.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Planning team.
- Maintain discipline, productivity and workflow on the factory floor.
- Report daily production status, pending work and bottlenecks to management.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Modular Interior Production / Interior Manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in modular furniture and residential interior production.
- Experience managing a production floor and manpower.
- Good knowledge of CNC, Beam Saw, Edge Banding and furniture production processes.
- Ability to understand drawings, cut lists and production requirements.
- Strong team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Factory-floor experience in interior production is mandatory.
