Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout principles.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to resolve layout-related issues and ensure design manufacturability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
- Robust knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic capacitance, resistance, and inductance effects in layout.
- Ability to analyze and optimize signal integrity and power distribution within layouts.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and testing considerations in analog layouts.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Analog Layout.
