We are looking for qualified ITI Fitters to join our manufacturing team at Gangaikondan Sipcot. The selected candidates will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and maintain machines, tools, and equipment as per specifications

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals

Measure, mark, cut, fit, and align components using hand and power tools

Check equipment for faults and carry out timely repairs

Maintain work logs, records, and ensure a safe working workplace

Follow 3-shift schedules as per production requirements

Requirements:

ITI certification in Fitter trade (mandatory)

Relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply

Ability to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts)

Good knowledge of fitting tools, measurements, and machine maintenance

Physically fit and willing to work in an industrial environment
