We are looking for an experienced Electrical Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of electrical works across various commercial and residential construction projects. The role will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with project teams and ensuring timely execution of electrical activities in line with project requirements.

Role Responsibility:

Prepare and maintain detailed electrical project schedules in line with overall project timelines.

* Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, weekly and monthly work plans for electrical activities.

* Plan and monitor electrical works including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cable laying, lighting, power distribution, earthing, ELV systems, fire alarm, and other MEP-related electrical works.

* Track actual progress against planned progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical activities.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards for management.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Procurement, Design, and other MEP teams.

* Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules to ensure availability of electrical materials as per project requirements.

* Prepare and update resource, manpower, material, and equipment requirements based on project schedules.

* Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements to ensure proper planning of electrical activities.





* Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing approvals, RFIs, technical submissions, and design changes.

* Monitor subcontractor/contractor progress and verify work completion against planned schedules.

* Identify schedule risks and prepare recovery plans wherever required.

* Maintain project documentation, progress records, trackers, and planning reports.

* Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on schedule status, delays, critical activities, and upcoming milestones.

* Ensure electrical activities are planned and executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

* testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities for electrical systems.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

* 3–5 years of experience in electrical planning for construction projects.

* Experience in commercial and residential building projects is preferred.

* Solid knowledge of electrical construction activities and project execution.⁠

* ⁠ Good understanding of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.

* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.

* Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
