Omniveda HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented qualified to drive B2B business growth and acquire corporate clients for our Recruitment, Payroll, Staffing and Statutory Compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, field visits, networking and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare proposals.
- Acquire new clients and build long-term corporate relationships.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Candidate Profile





- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in HR services.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and networking abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive and willing to travel within Mumbai.
