Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Hair Dresser to provide professional hair cutting, styling, and treatment services. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a salon or beauty studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, trimming, blow-drying, and styling as per client requirements.
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and preferences.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, global colour, and basic colour correction.
- Provide hair treatments such as hair spa, keratin, smoothening, and conditioning treatments.
- Perform hair washing, shampooing, and conditioning services.
- Maintain proper hair-cutting and styling techniques and service quality.
- Recommend suitable hair-care products and treatments to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation.
- Handle client queries and service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain professional grooming and follow salon hygiene standards.
- Stay updated with current hairstyles, trends, colouring techniques, and salon services.




- Support other salon team members when required.

Requirements

- Education: Certificate/Diploma in Hairdressing, Hair Styling, Cosmetology, Beauty & Wellness, or a relevant professional course.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Dresser, Hair Stylist, or Hairdresser in a salon/beauty studio.
- Good knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
- Understanding of different hair types and suitable treatments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
