- Performed ATM deployment, replacement, upgrades, and system configuration as per operational requirements.
- Coordinated with banks, vendors, service providers, and technical support teams to resolve ATM-related incidents within SLA timelines.
- Monitored ATM status and transaction-related issues and provided timely technical support.
- Handled ATM cash dispenser, card reader, PIN pad, printer, sensors, UPS, and other peripheral components.
- Installed and configured operating systems, ATM application software,



device drivers, and security components.
- Conducted site visits for ATM breakdowns, preventive maintenance, installation, and equipment replacement.
- Maintained service reports, incident records, maintenance logs, and spare-parts documentation.
- Ensured compliance with security procedures, operational standards, and customer service requirements.
