Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good MS Office/computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a healthcare environment professionally.

Preferred Candidate: MBA HR / HR-related qualification preferred, but graduates from any discipline with good communication skills may apply.
