About Mocaup

Mocaup is a fast-growing performance marketing and digital solutions agency based in Jaipur. We specialize in high-intent lead generation, scalable technology frameworks, and modern client acquisition systems. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, articulate, and client-focused Customer Support Executive to manage communications, resolve client inquiries, and drive seamless operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support Ticket Management: Track, prioritize, and resolve support requests efficiently using internal CRM and ticketing systems.
- Onboarding Assistance: Guide new clients through platform workflows, setup processes, and initial platform usage.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the marketing, development, and business development teams to escalate complex technical or strategic issues and ensure swift resolutions.
- Documentation & Feedback: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, feedback,



and recurring issues to help optimize internal processes and service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client relations, or account management (digital agency or tech background is a strong plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with a professional and empathetic phone/chat etiquette.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating CRMs, helpdesk software, Google Workspace, and web-based platforms.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle challenging queries calmly and efficiently.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
