Key Responsibilities

- Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Use AI and data analytics for sales forecasting, market research, customer analysis, inventory planning, and business decision-making.
- Develop management dashboards, MIS reports, business insights, and performance analysis.
- Support management in business strategy, pricing, product analysis, market expansion, and competitor intelligence.
- Introduce AI tools for sales, marketing, customer service, documentation, and employee productivity.
- Identify recent business opportunities using data, AI, and market intelligence.
- Work with different departments to implement digital transformation initiatives.




- Train teams to effectively adopt AI and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

- MBA in Business Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in AI, analytics, consulting, strategy, or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, ChatGPT, Excel, Power BI, and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing/hand tools/industrial products experience will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹49,000.00 per hour
